Director Monique Jackson
SPR '14, NL-Nu
Soror Monique “Real T.A.L.K.” Jackson was initiated into Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority, Inc. in Spring 2014 and has remained a loyal, active, and servant-hearted member ever since. Throughout her sorority journey, she has held numerous leadership positions, including National Paraphernalia Director, National Programs & Initiatives Director, Regional Director I and II, and Louisville Phi Charter Member, where she also served as the chapter’s first President and Point of Contact. As Dean for six lines, she earned the distinguished honor of being named the organization’s first and only Dean of the Year. She currently serves as the Regional Director for the Central/Southwestern Region, continuing her commitment to servant leadership, mentorship, and the mission and vision of Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority, Incorporated.
Professionally, Soror Jackson is an experienced Human Resources professional, mental health advocate, and CEO/Owner of a women-veteran-owned business, as well as the Founder of a nonprofit organization focused on supporting women and women veterans, healing, and mental health awareness. She is passionate about community service, leadership, and empowering others through advocacy, mentorship, and transformational conversations. She resides in Slidell, Louisiana, with her husband, James “Kendric” Jackson, Founder Black Jack of Kappa Lambda Chi Military Fraternity, Incorporated. Together, they are proud parents of a blended family of six children and six grandchildren.

Eastern Region
Director Mary Williams
SPR ’14, NC Zeta
Soror Mary Williams is a veteran of the United States Air Force, with 12 years of active service, a devoted wife of 26 years, and mother of two sons. She is a current DoD civilian with extensive experience in financial operations, leadership, and fiscal oversight. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management.
Soror Williams has served in several leadership roles including North Carolina State Director, Goldsboro Sigma Chapter Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Membership Coordinator. She has also served as a Big Sister twice and contributed to the Pearl Process Committee, helping guide and mentor new Sorors. She is passionate about leadership development and is committed to strengthening the bonds of sisterhood while empowering others to grow and succeed within the sorority.

Director Kaycee Benson
FA ’14 – NC Beta Chapter Eta Line
Soror Kaycee Benson is a 23-year Navy veteran (active and reserve) and a civilian contracts manager for the Department of Veterans Affairs. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Morgan State University and an MPA from the University of Baltimore, and was the first African American woman commissioned from the Naval Reserve Center – Baltimore.
She is a Chartering Member and former President of the Raleigh Alpha Lambda Chapter and has served in multiple roles, including Region Three Treasurer and National Treasurer Representative. She also founded the chapter’s annual Christmas in July initiative, which supports homeless women veterans.
A proud wife and mother of three, Soror Benson is a member of the Order of the Eastern Star (PHA) and Disabled American Veterans. Known as Diva Athletik, she enjoys sports and lives by the motto: “Let’s get it done.”

Southeastern Region
Director Shayda Betton
SMR 15, NL Alpha Rho
Soror Shayda Betton is a distinguished U.S. Army Veteran with 21 years of active duty service to her country. Since crossing with National Line Alpha Rho in Summer 2015, she has exemplified the bonds of sisterhood through dedicated service in key leadership roles including State Director, Soror Representative, Pearl Process Committee Chair, Dean, and Big Sister. Her commitment to nurturing and empowering her sisters has been a cornerstone of her journey within the organization.
Soror Betton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Fitness Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Supply Chain Management. She currently serves as a Senior Logistics Specialist with the U.S. Department of State, where she applies her extensive expertise in strategic operations and management.
Guided by the principles of sisterhood and service, Soror Betton is passionate about giving back to the community and championing inclusive leadership. She is dedicated to ensuring that every voice is heard and valued, fostering connections that uplift and unite.

Southern Region
Director Tanya Crayton
FA ’15 – GA PHI
Soror Tanya Crayton is a 26-year Air Force Veteran, having honorably served in both the Active-Duty Air Force and Air National Guard. She currently serves as a Government Contractor as Lead Configuration Manager, bringing decades of leadership, operational expertise, and strategic management experience to the role. Director Crayton holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Trident University International and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Columbia College.
Soror Crayton is a Chartering Member of the Warner Robins Upsilon Chapter in Warner Robins, Georgia, where she has faithfully served as both Chapter President and Vice President. Her dedication to leadership and sisterhood also led her to serve as the Southern Region State Director for Alabama, Mississippi, and Georgia. In addition to her sorority service, she serves on the Executive Board of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Northside Post 9998, as Quartermaster and Adjutant.
Soror Crayton believes deeply in servant leadership and the power of collective impact. She remains committed to mentoring emerging leaders, fostering unity across chapters, and strengthening the sorority’s enduring legacy of service and sisterhood.

Director Keisha Spaulding
FALL '19, NL-Epsilon Zeta
Soror (Dr.) Keisha Spaulding is a distinguished United States Army Veteran who honorably served 20 years on active duty. A dedicated lifelong learner and leader, she earned a Doctor of Education degree, reflecting her commitment to leadership development, education, and empowering others to achieve their full potential.
Since joining Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority, Inc. in 2019, Soror Spaulding has made a meaningful impact through her service and leadership. She has served as both Vice President and President of the San Antonio Lambda Chapter, as well as State Director for the Western Region. Through these roles, she has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to advancing the sorority's mission while fostering growth, collaboration, and excellence among its members.
Soror Spaulding is deeply passionate about developing leaders and strengthening the sisterhood through teaching, coaching, and mentoring. She remains committed to empowering fellow Sorors by sharing knowledge, encouraging personal and professional growth, and helping cultivate the next generation of leaders within Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority, Inc.
