Director Donya Cox
SMR ’14, Lee Iota
Soror Donya Cox is a native of New Jersey and a retired veteran of the US Army, with 12 years of active service and 12 years of reserve service, totaling 24 years. She also has four years of Federal Service in Contracting. She has served in various capacities, including Big Sister, Dean, Chaplain, Membership Coordinator, Vice President, and President of the Lee Iota Chapter, as well as State Director in the Eastern Region. She possesses a Master’s in Business Administration. Her purpose is to inspire and motivate others in any given assignment. Her top priority is Mentorship, and she looks forward to mentoring the future leaders of Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority, Inc.

Director Shanelle Estelle

Soror Shanelle Estelle is a U.S. Air Force Veteran with 15 years of active-duty service. She possesses an Associate’s Degree in Business Management. Since crossing in 2014 she has assisted readily by serving as Big Sister, Dean, President for the Warner Robins Upsilon Chapter and State Director for the Southern Region. She prides herself in giving back to the community and mentoring the future leaders of Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority Inc.

Director Keisha Spaulding
FALL '19, NL-Epsilon Zeta
Soror (Dr.) Keisha Spaulding is a distinguished U.S. Army Veteran with 20 years of dedicated active-duty service. Her commitment to leadership and learning is underscored by her Doctor of Education degree in this field. Since joining Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority, Inc. in 2019, she has been a significant contributor, serving as both Vice-President and President of the San Antonio Lambda Chapter and as a State Director for the Western Region. She is deeply passionate about empowering fellow Sorors and leaders within the organization through teaching, coaching, and mentoring.

Director LaCresia Wood
SPR ’16, SC-Epsilon
Soror LaCresia Wood is a U.S. Army Veteran who continues to serve as a Supervisor Paralegal Specialist. Soror Wood crossed in Winter 2016 and immediately began to assist readily. She has served as a Secretary, Treasurer, Big, Dean, Regional Dean of Initiation (RDOI), Vice President of Columbia Psi, and State Director in the Southern Region. Soror Wood has an Associate's degree in Business Management and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. She prides herself on giving back to the community, motivating, and mentoring future leaders to be Elite Professionals of Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority Inc.

Director Coy Landrum
WTR ’13, HI Beta
Director Coy Landrum is a Navy Veteran with 30 years of combined active duty and Federal Service in Administration. She has served as the President of Detroit Omicron Chapter, State Director for Southeastern Region, and Soror Representative for the Western Region. She has assisted in developing Sorors as leaders and mentors, helping to carry out the organization's vision. She prides herself on being accountable to the promise of readily assisting when opportunities arise by serving promptly.

General Sorors Region
Director Kaycee Benson
FA ’14 – NC Beta Chapter Eta Line
Director Kaycee Benson is a 23-year Navy veteran (active and reserve) and a civilian contracts manager for the Department of Veterans Affairs. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Morgan State University and an MPA from the University of Baltimore, and was the first African American woman commissioned from the Naval Reserve Center – Baltimore.
She is a Chartering Member and former President of the Raleigh Alpha Lambda Chapter and has served in multiple roles, including Region Three Treasurer and National Treasurer Representative. She also founded the chapter’s annual Christmas in July initiative supporting homeless women veterans.
A proud wife and mother of three, Soror Benson is a member of the Order of the Eastern Star (PHA) and Disabled American Veterans. Known as Diva Athletik, she enjoys sports and lives by the motto: “Let’s get it done.”
