Soror Angela Burrell

National President

SMR '14, VA-Lee Iota

Soror Angela Burrell is a dedicated U.S. Army Veteran who has built a successful career as a federal employee, drawing on her expertise in Human Resource Management.  She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management, equipping her with the skills necessary to lead and guide individuals and teams.

Her commitment to service extends beyond her professional life and into her contributions to Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority.  She has served the organization in various capacities, from local to national leadership roles.  Notably, she has been the President of Lee Iota Chapter, the KEY P.E.A.R.L.S. Coordinator, Big Sister of Pledges, Dean of Pledges, Regional Director, and National KEY P.E.A.R.L.S. Chairperson.  These roles have allowed her to mentor and support other members, ensuring the continued growth and success of the organization. 

Outside of her leadership roles, Soror Burrell is passionate about traveling and exploring new cultures, which aligns with her love for fostering positive environments and mentoring others.  Her dedication to the well-being of those around her and her ability to lead make her a well-respected and inspirational figure in both her professional and personal spheres.

Soror RayShauna Campbell

National Vice President

WTR '18, NL-Delta Epsilon

Soror RayShauna Campbell is a Retiree from the U.S. Air Force and a current DOD civilian with a background in Education. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and a Master's degree in Adult Education. She has served as a Chapter Charter Member, Chapter Vice President, President of Mobile Alpha Upsilon Chapter, and the State Director of Florida. She has a true passion for community service and developing our sisterhood. Her priority is to continuously ensure that the Founder's mission and vision resonate with each and every Soror. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.

Soror Mary Lamb

National Vice President of Operations

WTR '15, GA-Gamma Iota

Soror Mary Lamb is a veteran of the U.S. Army and a retired DoD civilian with a finance, logistics, and administration background. She possesses a Bachelor's in Business Management and is pursuing a Master's in Business Administration.

She has served on the National Membership Committee, the Reveille Committee, and the National Treasurer Committee. In addition, she has served as a Big Sister, Dean, AMC, VP, and President of the Atlanta Gamma Chapter, Regional Director for the Western Region, KEΨ Store Manager, and the National Adjutant.

She enjoys mentoring others and helping to develop them into successful leaders within the Sorority. Her priority (which she loves) is the Sisterhood and will work feverishly to ensure that everyone is always respected and treated fairly!

Soror Tresa Parker

National Treasurer

SPR ’14, NL-Xi

Soror Tresa Parker entered this elite organization in Spring 2014 and has since been known as Soror PEARLanthropist. She has devoted her time to serving the organization in various positions. Her highlighted roles included being a Big Sister for NL-Tau in summer 2014, serving as the National Fitness & Nutrition Director, and readily assisting on National Paraphernalia’s committee.

With over 22 years of active military service, a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Upper Iowa University, and a licensed real estate agent for Georgia and South Carolina, Tresa Parker exemplifies great moral character and leadership. Through her extensive work experiences and knowledge, she obtained comprehensive skills in financial management, developing strategies to optimize profitability, and most importantly, reduce costs. She wants to provide a sustainable budget and transparency to the members.

On a personal level, Tresa Parker is a devoted wife and mother, and, more importantly, a loving GiGi to her grandchildren. Her greatest passion is spreading the knowledge of the importance of building generational wealth by accumulating and preserving financial wealth and assets to pass down to future generations. She loves to travel and spend time with close family and friends in her free time.

Soror Jacinda Mitchell

National Membership Coordinator

SPR '18, NL-Delta Iota

Soror Jacinda N. Mitchell is a proud U.S. Army and Air Force veteran who honorably served 23 years as a Healthcare Specialist before retiring. In Spring 2018, she crossed into the sisterhood of Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority, Inc., with her line sisters, also known as the “20 KEYS of Divine Distinction.” Affectionately known as “WhatzThaPlan,” she is the SupaS7evn of her line. 

Soror Mitchell was drawn to KEΨ for its mission of Honoring, Uniting, and especially Mentoring. She profoundly believes in lifting as she climbs, sharing the lessons she’s learned to inspire and guide those who seek support along their journeys. Her commitment to sisterhood shines through in every connection she makes.

Soror Mitchell's service to KEΨ includes her current role as National Membership Coordinator, former Killeen Nu Chapter Membership Coordinator (2024-2025), Secretary of the National KEY P.E.A.R.L.S. Development Committee (2019-2021), and Killeen Nu Chapter Assistant Secretary (2018-2020). 

Beyond KEΨ, her heart for service extends throughout her community. She contributes to the VA’s Make the Connection campaign, is a founding member and Secretary of the Austin Veteran Arts Festival (AVAFest), and is a lifetime member of CSM A.C. Cotton VFW Post #12209 at Fort Hood, TX. She also serves as a Bell County Volunteer Deputy Registrar and volunteers at the Central Texas Food Bank, Ronald McDonald House in Austin, TX, and Central Texas Stand Down.

Soror Mitchell is married, the proud mother of six children, and the grandmother of five. She lives by her beloved Pop's words: “Never despise the day of small beginnings.”

Soror Nicole Ogunmefun

National Chief Information Officer

SPR '16, Lee-Delta

Soror Nicole Ogunmefun crossed into Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority, Inc. in June 2016 with the “Divinely 12 K.E.E.S.” and earned the line name Sensational Design as the Cin5o of her line.

She currently works as a Computer-Based Training Specialist/Instructor for 17E Electromagnetic Warfare Specialists. During her 23-year Army career, she held multiple leadership positions, including her most rewarding role as the OEMTD Sergeant Major at Fort Gordon, GA, where she mentored and trained future leaders of the Ordnance Corps. She retired in 2022 as a Master Sergeant.

Soror Ogunmefun holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Organizational Management from the University of Arizona Global Campus. Within KEΨ, she has served as the Augusta Xi Chapter CIO, New Dawn Rose Mentor, and Hospitality Committee Member and Co-Chair.

She is deeply passionate about advocating for what is right and being a voice for those who feel unheard. As a champion for Equal Opportunity, diversity, equity, and inclusion, she is committed to fostering spaces where all members feel valued and empowered. Known for her compassion and integrity, she strives to uplift those around her through mentorship and service.

In addition to Soror Ogunmefun's leadership and advocacy, she is dedicated to protecting the organization’s digital infrastructure, ensuring the security and sustainability of KEΨ’s online presence and internal systems. She proudly supports the mission and vision of the founders and remains committed to advancing that legacy through purposeful action.

Soror Tanya Campbell

National Secretary

WTR '14, NL- Sigma

Soror Tanya Campbell is a retired U.S. Navy Veteran and currently a DoD civilian with a
background in Human Resources. She possesses a Bachelor’s in Health Care
Management and a Dual Master's in Human Resource Management & Leadership and
Management. She has served as Central Region State Director and on the Reveille
Committee. In addition, she has served as a Dean, a Big Sister, Treasurer, Secretary,
Vice President and President of Memphis Theta Chapter. She enjoys volunteering in
the community and serving as the Mentorship Program Manager for the U.S. Navy. Her biggest joy is supporting women’s mental well-being and fostering sisterhood through volunteering.

Soror Decreta Owens

National Chaplain

WTR '17,  GA- Alpha Kappa

Soror Decreta Owens is the Ace of her line, Faith4ul Roses of a Kommitted Sisterhood. Her line is AcComplishEd P.E.A.R.L. She currently serves in the U.S. Army Reserve with the rank of Captain. She is an RN with over 29 years of experience in the medical field. She has served in various positions within the sorority as a Community Service Chair, Sergeant at Arms, Mentor, and on the Mobile Pearl Process Training Team (MPPTT). Soror Owens also teaches Bible Study and Sunday School at her church.

Soror Lacey Boyd

National Historian

WTR '16, NL-Beta Epsilon

Soror Lacey Boyd is a passionate and mission-driven leader with over nine years of progressive service in KEΨ. She crossed in Winter 2016 and was given the line name “Kaptured Moments”—a nod to her powerful presence and belief, as a photographer, that every moment holds beauty and meaning, no matter how small. Soror Boyd has held numerous leadership roles, including BIG Sister, Mentor, Cluster Membership Coordinator, Chapter President, State Director for Florida and Georgia, and Talent Management Director. She was the first Historian to fully document KEΨ’s leadership from its founding to the present.

Beyond the sorority, she is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years as a self-employed business owner and the Co-Founder of the Annual Lacey Boyd New Year’s Day Parade in Montgomery, Alabama. With a degree in Early Childhood Education and over 15 years of experience in graphic design, Soror Boyd completely revitalized the national newsletter by elevating its visual and editorial quality, transforming it into a vibrant and effective tool that strengthens member connection and participation. She is widely respected for her ability to foster genuine sisterhood, preserve tradition, and advance the organization’s mission with strategic leadership and heartfelt dedication.
