Soror RayShauna Campbell

Soror RayShauna Campbell is a retired member of the United States Air Force and currently serves as a Department of Defense civilian with a professional background in education. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and a Master’s Degree in Adult Education.
Throughout her journey in Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority, Inc., Soror Campbell has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to leadership and service. She has served as a Chapter Charter Member, Chapter Vice President, President of the Mobile Alpha Upsilon Chapter, and State Director of Florida. In each role, she has remained dedicated to strengthening the sisterhood, supporting member development, and advancing the organization's mission.
Soror Campbell has a true passion for community service and believes in creating opportunities that empower others while fostering meaningful connections among Sorors. She is committed to ensuring that the Founder’s vision and mission continue to resonate throughout the sisterhood and remain at the forefront of organizational growth and excellence.
When not serving her community or supporting the sorority, Soror Campbell enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, creating lasting memories with those she loves most.

Soror Shanelle Estelle
National Vice President
WTR ’14, GA-Beta
Soror Shanelle Estelle is a dedicated leader and proud member of Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority, Inc., who has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to service, leadership, and sisterhood throughout her years of membership.
She served two successful terms as President of the Warner Robins Upsilon Chapter, providing strategic leadership, mentorship, and guidance that supported chapter growth, strengthened member engagement, and enhanced organizational effectiveness. Her passion for developing leaders and fostering collaboration led her to serve as State Director for the Southern Region, where she advanced statewide initiatives and promoted unity among chapters.
Soror Estelle also served as Regional Director for both the Central and Southwestern Regions, where she focused on strengthening communication, cultivating leadership development, and advancing operational excellence across the organization. Through each leadership role, she has remained committed to empowering others, building strong relationships, and creating opportunities for members to thrive.
Her dedication to KEΨ reflects her unwavering commitment to the sorority’s mission of service, leadership, mentorship, and community engagement, leaving a lasting impact on the organization and the communities it serves.

Soror Charita Roman
National Vice President of Operations
SMR ’15, NL-Alpha Kappa
Soror Charita Roman is a proud U.S. Army Veteran who pledged Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority, Inc., on August 29, 2015, with NL Alpha Kappa. As a dedicated federal civil servant, she currently serves as a Human Resources Officer and brings more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience within the federal government, where she has successfully led teams, developed strategic initiatives, and driven organizational excellence.
Soror Roman holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and Psychology from Liberty University. Throughout her journey in KEΨ, she has faithfully served in several leadership roles, including Detroit Omicron Charter Member, Membership Coordinator, and Chapter President, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to the sorority’s mission and the development of its members.
Known for her servant leadership style, Soror Roman believes that leadership is rooted in service, mentorship, and empowering others to reach their full potential. One of her greatest strengths is strategic planning, allowing her to transform vision into actionable goals that create lasting impact for the organization and the communities it serves.
Above all, Soror Roman's greatest joy is her family. She is a devoted wife of 33 years, a proud mother of three children, and values the love, support, and lessons that family provides. Guided by faith, service, and purpose, she remains committed to uplifting women, strengthening sisterhood, and advancing KEΨ's mission through compassionate leadership and strategic vision.

Soror Tanya Martin
National Secretary
WTR '14, NL- Sigma
Soror Tanya Martin is a retired United States Navy Veteran and current Department of Defense civilian with an extensive background in Human Resources. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Management and dual Master’s Degrees in Human Resource Management and Leadership & Management.
Throughout her journey in Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority, Inc., Soror Martin has demonstrated a strong commitment to leadership and service. She has served as Central Region State Director and as a member of the Reveille Committee. At the chapter level, she has held numerous leadership positions, including Dean, Big Sister, Treasurer, Secretary, Vice President, and President of the Memphis Theta Chapter.
Professionally, Soror Martin serves as a Mentorship Program Manager for the United States Navy, where she is dedicated to developing and supporting future leaders. Her passion for service extends beyond the workplace, as she actively volunteers within her community and advocates for initiatives that uplift and empower others.
Soror Martin’s greatest joy is supporting women’s mental well-being and fostering meaningful connections through mentorship, volunteerism, and sisterhood. She remains committed to creating positive impacts both within Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority, Inc. and throughout the communities she serves.

Soror Tresa Parker
National Treasurer
SPR ’14, NL-Xi
Soror Tresa Parker entered this elite organization in Spring 2014 and has since been known as Soror PEARLanthropist. She has devoted her time to serving the organization in various positions. Her highlighted roles included being a Big Sister for NL-Tau in summer 2014, serving as the National Fitness & Nutrition Director, and readily assisting on National Paraphernalia’s committee.
With over 22 years of active military service, a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Upper Iowa University, and a licensed real estate agent for Georgia and South Carolina, Tresa Parker exemplifies great moral character and leadership. Through her extensive work experiences and knowledge, she obtained comprehensive skills in financial management, developing strategies to optimize profitability, and most importantly, reduce costs. She wants to provide a sustainable budget and transparency to the members.
On a personal level, Tresa Parker is a devoted wife and mother, and, more importantly, a loving GiGi to her grandchildren. Her greatest passion is spreading the knowledge of the importance of building generational wealth by accumulating and preserving financial wealth and assets to pass down to future generations. She loves to travel and spend time with close family and friends in her free time.
Soror Nicole Ogunmefun
National Chief Information Officer
SPR '16, Lee-Delta
Soror Nicole Ogunmefun crossed into Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority, Inc. in June 2016 with the “Divinely 12 K.E.E.S.” and earned the line name "Sensational Design" as the Cin5o of her line.
She currently works as a Computer-Based Training Specialist/Instructor for 17E Electromagnetic Warfare Specialists. During her 23-year Army career, she held multiple leadership positions, including her most rewarding role as the OEMTD Sergeant Major at Fort Gordon, GA, where she mentored and trained future leaders of the Ordnance Corps. She retired in 2022 as a Master Sergeant.
Soror Ogunmefun holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from the University of Arizona Global Campus. Within KEΨ, she has served as the Augusta Xi Chapter CIO, New Dawn Rose Mentor, and Hospitality Committee Member and Co-Chair.
She is deeply passionate about advocating for what is right and being a voice for those who feel unheard. As a champion for Equal Opportunity, diversity, equity, and inclusion, she is committed to fostering spaces where all members feel valued and empowered. Known for her compassion and integrity, she strives to uplift those around her through mentorship and service.
In addition to Soror Ogunmefun's leadership and advocacy, she is dedicated to protecting the organization’s digital infrastructure, ensuring the security and sustainability of KEΨ’s online presence and internal systems. She proudly supports the founders' mission and vision and remains committed to advancing that legacy through purposeful action.

Soror Sherita Jackson
National Membership Coordinator
WTR’ 17, NL-Gamma Iota
Soror Sherita Jackson crossed into Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority, Inc. in WTR '17, NL Gamma Iota. Known as Zero Tolerance, she proudly holds the position of Ocho (8) on her line, whose collective line name is “10 X’s The Charm.”
Since crossing, Soror Jackson has faithfully served in numerous leadership roles, including Mobile VPOC, Dean of Pledges, Big Sister, Western Region Soror Representative, and currently, National Membership Coordinator. Through each position, she has remained committed to mentoring, supporting, and strengthening the sisterhood while advancing the mission and vision of Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority, Inc.
A proud veteran of the United States Air Force and Air National Guard, Soror Jackson served as a 3D051 Knowledge Operations Management Specialist. Professionally, she serves as a Health Insurance Specialist with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Management and a Master of Science in Health Services Administration with a concentration in Clinical Care Management.
Soror Jackson is passionate about service, leadership, mentorship, and community engagement. An avid football fan, she proudly supports the Dallas Cowboys and is also a published author, having released “Be Careful Who You Love & Trust” Parts 1 and 2 in 2016 and 2017.
She believes that helping others and giving back to the community are among life's greatest responsibilities. Her personal motto is: “Live Life to the Fullest!”

Soror Decreta Owens
National Chaplain
WTR '17, GA- Alpha Kappa
Soror Decreta Owens is the Ace of her line, "Faith4ul Roses of a Kommitted Sisterhood", whose collective line name is "AcComplishEd P.E.A.R.L." She currently serves in the United States Army Reserve with the rank of Captain and is a Registered Nurse with more than 29 years of experience in the medical field.
Throughout her journey in Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority, Inc., Soror Owens has faithfully served in several leadership and support roles, including Community Service Chair, Sergeant at Arms, Mentor, and member of the Mobile Pearl Process Training Team (MPPTT). Her dedication to service, mentorship, and personal development has made a lasting impact on both her chapter and the Sorors she supports.
Beyond her military and professional accomplishments, Soror Owens is deeply committed to her faith and community. She serves as a Bible Study and Sunday School teacher at her church, where she enjoys sharing her knowledge, encouraging spiritual growth, and helping others strengthen their relationship with God.
Soror Owens embodies a servant-leader mindset and remains dedicated to uplifting others through service, mentorship, faith, and sisterhood.

Soror Tamika Burns
National Historian
SMR ’16, HR-Epsilon Chapter
Soror Tamika Burns entered the elite sisterhood of Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority, Inc., in Summer 2016 through HR-Epsilon Chapter, where she became known as Soror KEYrectify. Since her induction, she has faithfully served in several chapter, regional, and national leadership roles, including HR-Epsilon Assistant Historian, Chapter Historian, Chapter Membership Coordinator (MC), Eastern Region MC, Membership Liaison, and National Membership Data Coordinator. She was recognized with the “Above and Beyond in Membership” Award for her dedication, reliability, and commitment to membership growth and retention.
A United States Navy Veteran and current Department of Homeland Security employee with the United States Coast Guard, Soror Burns brings discipline, accountability, professionalism, and a deep respect for service and tradition to every role she undertakes. Professionally, she serves in a dual capacity as a Paralegal supporting the Legal Service Command and as Executive Assistant to the Commanding Officer of the Shore Infrastructure Logistics Command.
Soror Burns holds an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Bryant & Stratton College, where she maintains a 3.9 GPA and has earned Dean’s List recognition each term.
As National Historian, Soror Burns is committed to preserving, protecting, and presenting the history of Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority, Inc. with excellence and purpose. Her vision is to ensure that the legacy, achievements, and continued impact of KEΨ are documented, celebrated, and preserved for future generations of elite professional women.
